Body Talk at Jamm Brixton

With the old saying “no rest for the wicked” in mind, Strictly Left brings to you the next installation of Body Talk, the follow up to their 93 feet East and Shrunken Head excursions they are heading south for a winter session at Jamm Brixton, a two room venue with a great sound to boot!

Headlining room one we have the House music Kingpin Stuart Patterson, from the collective Faith who are responsible for dance music's finest magazine fanzine Faith and some of the best and most loyally attended parties. Stuart has been at the forefront of London's cutting edge club scene for over a decade. Along side Stuart will be Body Talk resident DJ Trigga who seems to be rocking venues all over London these days with support from Simon Kurrage and J1200 the Virus, Mr Shiver playing the very deepest and dirtiest underground minimal electro house music… be prepared…

Room two welcomes Wookie now building himself a new following in the deep, soulful Scene with his next brand of soulful genius LoveStar Muisc and his recent released on the infamous Defected/Soul Heaven label. Offering massive support we have Jafar who in short, works everywhere! Moving things up a notch with his new label Artizan Muisc and recently teamed up with Stuart Patterson at The Annex (Brixton) with his new night “Substance” where they cooked up a real storm for those of you who know. Body Talk virgin Georgia Girl, Neighbourhood resident and has her own weekly radio show on Unknown FM, brings her own blend of soul to the occasion. Last but not least we have Shejay.net founder Kellilicious, one of the scene's most driven DJs; from perfecting mixes, to smashing it at parties for Hollywood celebs to running her own company, this Boston-born DJ has the house scene on lock and promises to raise the roof at the Jamm.

Teaming up with only the best we’re bringing south London an aural treat not to be missed.
